About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial assessments and due diligence on property and construction projects.
• Analyse historical and projected performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities, shaping new service offerings, and contributing to client discussions.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.  

About You

• CA-qualified with 4+ years’ experience in finance, accounting, advisory, or audit.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and digital finance tools.
• Bonus: Knowledge or interest in property and construction finance.
