The Role

• Lead and manage complex corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements.
• Win and grow work through strong networks with lawyers, bankers, and referrers.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire a team across all levels.
• Partner with national leadership to set the direction of the Melbourne practice.
• Deliver commercial, pragmatic solutions to stakeholders in distressed and high-pressure environments.

About You

• 10+ years’ experience in Restructuring & Insolvency at a Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique firm.
• CA/CPA qualified; ARITA Advanced Certification highly regarded.
• Proven record of managing major appointments and driving business development.
• Strong networks across the insolvency ecosystem.
• A leadership style that balances commercial drive with genuine collaboration.
