- Acts as a subject matter expect in bankruptcy processes, including personal bankruptcy.
- Oversee detailed investigations into financial affairs.
- Prepare, review and sign off on reports to various stakeholders.

- Provides input as a member of the Partner group in strategic planning sessions.
- Play a key role in driving business growth through networking, proposal development, and thought leadership.

- Acts as an advocate, with strong client relationship management focus

- Leads stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle of engagements.
Learning & Development - Takes up leadership opportunities internally and externally.
- Champion for staff learning and development.
- Seek opportunities to involve others, delegating to provide experience to enable growth.
- Sets challenging goals that leverage personal strengths.
- Maintains knowledge of industry developments, regulatory updates and best practices.
Business Development - Develops personal brand and profile within the William Buck internal and external networks.
- Markets the William Brand in general and R&I services in particular.
- Ability to take to market new products, services and/or solutions.
- Provides leads and opportunities to others through own network.
Advisory - Delivers tailored restructuring and insolvency advice.
- Presents high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in commerce or similar.
- Appropriate R&I qualifications and certifications.
- ASIC Registered Liquidator.
- AFSA Registered Bankruptcy Trustee highly desirable.
Experience - Minimum eight years management/leadership experience within professional services.
- Established history in provision of business restructure and insolvency services.
- Strong knowledge in corporate restructure and insolvency, plus commercial litigation and related matters.
Capabilities - Strong verbal and written communication.
- Maintains the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity and discretion at all times.
- Attention to detail.
- Commitment to high work ethic.
- Manage relationships at all levels.
