Restructuring Manager

About the Team
Join a high-performing Restructuring Advisory team that supports businesses through financial challenges with empathy, commercial insight, and practical solutions. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, gaining exposure to complex engagements across a variety of industries.


The Role
We’re looking for a Manager to lead restructuring and insolvency engagements. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee business operations under management, and deliver innovative solutions to help companies navigate difficult circumstances.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency matters, including cash flow forecasts, employee entitlements, and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead investigations, financial reviews, and statutory reporting.
• Support business development activities, client presentations, and networking.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to team management.

About You

• Degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• Strong accounting background with experience in corporate restructuring or insolvency.
• Excellent communication and financial analysis skills.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and team development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Desirable: CA/CPA or ARITA/TMA accreditation.
