Senior Analyst / Manager
A high-performing advisory and corporate finance team is seeking a commercially minded Senior Analyst or Manager to join its Melbourne based Valuations Advisory practice.
This opportunity offers exposure across complex valuation engagements, transaction-related advisory work, financial modelling, and broader strategic projects within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
The team advises a broad client base including private businesses, listed corporates, investors, and high-growth organisations across a range of industries.
The Opportunity You will work closely with experienced senior leaders across a diverse range of engagements including:
• Business and equity valuations
• Financial modelling and DCF analysis
• Transaction support and strategic advisory
• Purchase price allocations and impairment testing
• Independent valuation assignments
• Preparation of client presentations and reports
• Exposure to broader M&A and corporate finance activity
This role suits someone who enjoys combining technical analytical work with commercially focused client advisory.
About You We are interested in speaking with candidates from backgrounds including:
• Big 4 valuations advisory
• Corporate finance advisory
• Deal advisory / transaction services
• Financial modelling teams
• Mid-tier valuations practices
You will ideally demonstrate:
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capability
• Experience across valuations or transaction-related work
• Commercial awareness and stakeholder confidence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Collaborative and professional approach
CA / CFA qualifications or progress toward completion will be highly regarded.
