The Role

• Lead and manage complex corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements.
• Win and grow work through strong networks with lawyers, bankers, and referrers.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.

• Deliver pragmatic, commercial solutions in high-pressure, distressed environments.

  
About You

• 8+ years’ experience in Restructuring & Insolvency at Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique firms.
• CA/CPA qualified; ARITA Advanced Certification highly regarded.
• Proven track record managing major appointments and driving business development.
• Strong professional networks across the insolvency ecosystem.
• Leadership style that balances commercial drive with collaboration and mentorship.
