Working with private equity, corporate, and institutional clients, you will lead complex financial due diligence projects and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions on some of Australia's most high-profile transactions.

What you will do:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across multiple sectors
• Advise clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategy to execution
• Manage and develop high-performing teams while coaching junior talent
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives, investors, and dealmakers
• Contribute to practice growth and broader business development initiatives

What we are looking for:

• 5-12 years' experience in Transaction Services, M&A Advisory, Deals or Corporate Finance
• Currently at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level within Big 4 or mid-tier advisory
• Strong technical expertise in financial due diligence and ability to run engagements end-to-end
• Track record of building client relationships and delivering commercial insights
• CA or equivalent qualification highly regarded
