This is a rare opportunity for a technically strong Analyst or Senior Analyst with a background in Transaction Services, Valuations, or Corporate Finance who is ready to step into live deal execution and strategic advisory.
  
Our client is a respected national advisory firm with a growing M&A team in Melbourne. You will be joining a tight knit, high performing group delivering end to end mandates across sectors, working directly with some of the most respected leaders in the Australian mid-market deal space.
  
This is not back-end analysis. You will support and lead across live deals including origination, strategy, buyer and seller engagement, negotiation, and execution.

• Analysts or Senior Analysts from Transaction Services (Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique) who want more direct M&A exposure
