We’re working exclusively with a top-tier global advisory firm to appoint a Manager into their Transaction Services team. You’ll work directly with market-leading Partners across major transactions—supporting top-tier private equity, listed corporates, and founders navigating growth and exit.

What you’ll do:

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across diverse sectors
• Present key commercial insights to clients with clarity and confidence
• Mentor and uplift a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with valuation, tax, modelling, and strategy teams
• Support Partners with client development, origination, and pitch strategy

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8 years' experience in Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence
• CA, CPA, ACA or CFA qualified
• Big 4, mid-tier, or boutique advisory background
• Proven ability to lead engagements and influence client decisions
• High attention to detail paired with strong commercial instinct
• A team-first mindset and passion for shaping talent beneath you
