About the Role
We are looking to source a Director to join an established team:

• Valuations of business, shares, options, IP and assets (including intangible assets)
• Commercial valuations across cost, market and discounted cash flow
• Use of varied Valuations tools for discounted cash flow, asset pricing, comparable sales, replacement costs, earnings multiples and excess earnings
• Build strong working relationships with your clients, understand their issues, anticipate future opportunities, and develop solutions to meet their needs.
• Independent Expert Reports
• Litigation support
• Strategic advice   

About you

• Strong analytical and research capability
• Strong report writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Min 7 years of relevant work experience (including experience in a corporate finance related environment)
• Degree in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance
• Previous experience managing projects and teams
• Works collaboratively within a team environment
