About the RoleWe are looking to source a Director to join an established team:
- Valuations of business, shares, options, IP and assets (including intangible assets)
- Commercial valuations across cost, market and discounted cash flow
- Use of varied Valuations tools for discounted cash flow, asset pricing, comparable sales, replacement costs, earnings multiples and excess earnings
- Build strong working relationships with your clients, understand their issues, anticipate future opportunities, and develop solutions to meet their needs.
- Independent Expert Reports
- Litigation support
- Strategic advice
About you
- Strong analytical and research capability
- Strong report writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Min 7 years of relevant work experience (including experience in a corporate finance related environment)
- Degree in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance
- Previous experience managing projects and teams
- Works collaboratively within a team environment
