We’re partnering with an advisory firm seeking a Senior Analyst – Valuations to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced Partners and gain exposure to high-quality, complex engagements across a diverse client base.
  

The Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering valuation engagements across:

• Business valuations (M&A, transactions, disputes, tax, financial reporting)
• Purchase price allocations & impairment testing
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Preparation of detailed valuation reports
• Direct client interaction and stakeholder management

You will gain exposure to mid-market transactions, private equity, and corporate clients across various industries.
  

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Valuations
• CA/CPA qualified or near completion
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A genuine interest in advisory and value creation
